This edition has no account registration, medical questionnaire, checkout, appointment booking, email signup or private-note storage. There is no upload field for prescriptions or results. If a guide suggests recording information, keep it in your own private record and share it with the treating team through its designated channel.
Website delivery
Hosting and infrastructure providers may process ordinary request information such as an IP address, browser details and the requested address to deliver and protect the site. Fieldnotes adds no advertising pixel, client-side analytics script or tracking cookie of its own.
